Our general approach

Akkaris is an independent one-person studio. We build games, not data businesses. Our games are designed to work without requiring personal information. Where third-party services are used (such as advertising), their policies are linked below and you are informed clearly within the app.

Overview

Splitline is a free mobile arcade game available on Android. This policy explains what data is collected when you play Splitline, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.

Data we collect

Splitline collects the following data:

• Game progress — your best score, coin balance, owned items, and challenge progress. This is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers.
• Advertising data — Splitline displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data to serve relevant advertisements. See the AdMob section below for details.
• In-app purchase data — if you make a purchase, Google Play processes the transaction. We receive only confirmation that a purchase was completed. We do not receive your payment card details.

Data we do not collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any contact information
• We do not collect your location
• We do not require account registration
• We do not use analytics services to track your behavior in the game
• We do not collect data from children under 13 knowingly

Local data storage

All game progress (score, coins, settings, purchased items) is stored locally on your device using the Android file system. This data does not leave your device unless you use Android's built-in backup services, which are controlled by your Google account settings.

To delete this data, uninstall the app from your device. All locally stored game data will be removed.

Advertising — Google AdMob

Splitline uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob is operated by Google LLC. AdMob may collect and use data including:

• Device advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID)
• IP address
• Device information (model, OS version)
• App usage information
• Interaction with ads

This data is used by Google to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time by going to your device's Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization, or by resetting your advertising ID.

In-app purchases

Splitline offers optional in-app purchases processed through Google Play Billing. These transactions are handled entirely by Google. We receive only a confirmation signal that a purchase was completed — we do not receive, store, or process any payment information on our end.

Children's privacy

Splitline is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact us at privacy@akkaris.dev and we will take steps to remove such information.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

• The right to access data held about you
• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to opt out of personalized advertising
• The right to data portability

Since all game data is stored locally on your device, you can exercise your right to deletion by uninstalling the app. For advertising data held by Google, please refer to Google's privacy tools at myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy .
